Promising young batsman Ollie Davies signed his first BBL contract with the Thunder prior to BBL|09 but unfortunately spent much of the season recovering from a wrist injury.
Davies grabbed the attention of most keen cricket observers during the 2018/19 Under 19 National Championships with his dynamic power hitting.
Davies plundered 207 from 115 balls for NSW Metro including an amazing 17 sixes and 14 fours. He is also contracted with the NSW Blues.
