Sydney Thunder is excited to welcome sustainable hydration company waterdrop® as their Official Hydration and Refill Bottle Partner ahead of the Weber WBBL|12 and KFC BBL|16 seasons.
A refreshing addition: Thunder Welcomes waterdrop®
Bringing together a shared commitment to making hydration easier, more enjoyable and sustainable, the partnership will see waterdrop® support Sydney Thunder players throughout the season, while introducing fans to a new way to stay hydrated.
Founded with a mission to encourage people to drink more water while reducing reliance on single-use plastic bottles, waterdrop® has grown into a global hydration brand, available through more than 22,000 retail partner stores across 40 countries, with over 3 million online customers.
At the heart of the brand are its innovative Microdrinks: small, sugar-free cubes that dissolve in still or sparkling water, adding a burst of fruity flavour without the need for pre-filled beverages. Simply drop a cube into 400–600 ml of water, let it dissolve and enjoy.
As part of the partnership, Sydney Thunder players will use official waterdrop® bottles throughout the season, while fans will have the opportunity to discover the brand firsthand through product sampling at selected Thunder match days.
Together, Sydney Thunder and waterdrop® hope to inspire more Australians to make hydration part of their everyday routine, both on and off the pitch.
