Thunder Confirm 13-Player Squad for Season Opener

The squad will once again be led by Phoebe Litchfield, who enters her third season as captain.

Nadine de Klerk and Nicola Hancock are in line to make their club debuts after crossing from the Brisbane Heat, while Hannah Darlington could make her long-awaited return in lime green after missing the last two seasons due to knee injuries.

Sydney Thunder Head Coach, Lisa Keightley, said:

"We’re looking forward to getting started and playing some exciting cricket.

"We've got a lot of match winners, and a lot of options with both bat and ball to be able to put pressure on teams throughout both innings.

"The Renegades have got a great, dynamic list so it will be a great hit out to start the competition."
