Sydney Thunder have named an unchanged squad in a bid to go back-to-back over the Brisbane Heat in KFC BBL|15 tomorrow afternoon at the Gabba.
Thunder out to secure Road Safety Cup
Thunder and the Heat will compete for the Road Safety Cup, an initiative between Queensland’s Department of Transport & Main Roads and Transport for NSW, designed to provide awareness and talkability regarding road safety messaging to Big Bash fans.
Both Thunder’s Chris Green and the Heat’s Jimmy Peirson will both wear a ‘0’ numbered jersey – to highlight the shared goal of ZERO deaths on our roads.
“Winning away from home tomorrow night would be a huge step in the right directions," Green said.
“We’ve got three games to go and it’s really important that for our season, for ourselves and for our fans that we put our best foot forward and get the win.”
