Prior to entering the venue, please ensure you have downloaded your digital membership card to your phone wallet, then simply scan your digital membership card at the gate!* Alternatively, please scan your physical membership card if you have purchased this.
*Digital Membership cards have been sent via email. Members who hold a 1-3 Game Reserved Seat will need to download their ticket/s via Account Manager. Instructions can be found here. For assistance, please contact the Membership Team.

South‑West Sydney rapper B Wise is set to electrify the KFC FLG stage at Best of the West, a special match day dedicated to celebrating the rich culture, talent, and community spirit of Western Sydney.
Known for his sharp storytelling and anthems that champion the neighbourhoods that shaped him, B Wise will bring his signature energy to the event—honouring the people, places, and pride that make Western Sydney one of the most vibrant cultural hubs in the country.
Kit It Forward
In partnership with the Cricket NSW Foundation, Thunder fans are encouraged to bring old cricket kit to donate at the match. This kit will be used by the Cricket NSW Foundation to provide under privileged kids in New South Wales kit to play cricket.
There will be designated drop off station located outside Gate D.

Sydney Thunder will be announcing and presenting the Hero of the West for the 2025/26 season. Hero of the West is Sydney Thunder’s premier volunteer recognition award, dedicated to highlighting the amazing work Western Sydney cricket volunteers provide the community.

All public rail transport to ENGIE Stadium on game day on trains and metro are FREE with your ticket or membership.
Have your game day ticket ready to present if requested by a Transport for NSW Officer. You can use your entry ticket for your free return trip after the game.

Fans are invited to hang around after the match for 15 minutes of selfies and signatures with the players.
After the 15 minutes of player signings, fans will be invited onto the field for a unique experience. Fans will have 15 minutes on field.
Entry onto the ground will be indicated via a siren. Players will not be present during the on-field experience.
