Thunder name 14-player squad ahead of their return to ENGIE Stadium

Sydney Thunder have made one change to their 14-player squad to take on the Perth Scorchers at ENGIE Stadium tomorrow night.

Allrounder Tom Andrews comes back into the squad, replacing Aidan O’Connor.

Despite an unsatisfying start to the season, Sydney Thunder General Manager Trent Copeland is adamant the team is well-placed to secure their second win of the season to see out 2025 on a high.

“It hasn’t been the start to the season any of us has wanted. With two home games in a row in short succession we believe we can get back to winning ways,” Copeland said.

“Our best is definitely good enough against anyone, it just hasn’t all clicked at once. I believe we will see that tomorrow night back at home in front of a packed crowd.”
