Thunder name unchanged squad for final match of WBBL|11

Thunder are heading to Melbourne aiming for back-to-back wins to end the season after their dominant 23-run win over the Brisbane Heat at Drummoyne Oval on Wednesday night.

Despite being out of finals contention, Thunder Head Coach Lisa Keightley says the effort of the playing group throughout the season has never wavered.

“I’m really proud of how the playing group showed up in our last game at Drummoyne Oval. We fought hard with the bat to get a competitive score, and it was great to see that the bowlers could finish the job.

“Our win against the Heat is an added boost heading down to Melbourne and it would be good to finish out the season with another win.”
