Cricket Australia has announced the schedule for the T20 Spring Challenge, with Sydney Thunder set to feature in a minimum of four matches across a 10-day window.
T20 Spring Challenge fixtures released
The competition will be played exclusively across Sydney, providing an exciting lead-in to the Weber WBBL|11 season. Thunder are set to face Cricket ACT, the Hobart Hurricanes, Sydney Sixers and Adelaide Strikers, with a semi-final and final to follow.
A squad for the Spring Challenge will be announced in the coming weeks, with last year’s Player of the Tournament, Tahlia Wilson, expected to return as captain.
Every ball will be streamed live across cricket.com.au, Cricket Australia Live app and Kayo Sports.
Peter Roach, Cricket Australia's Head of Cricket Operations & Scheduling, said:
“Leading into perhaps Australia’s biggest ever summer of cricket, we are delighted to announce the schedule for our domestic competitions, where the depth and evenness of our teams remains very high.”
