Knight is one of the world’s leading batters and has already made her mark in the WBBL.
The 29-year-old right-hand batter made 1,353 runs in 55 matches for the Hobart Hurricanes and was named Hobart’s WBBL|04 Player of the Tournament.
Knight has played 187 matches for England across the three formats – Tests, One-Day Internationals and T20 Internationals – scoring almost 4,500 runs for her country.
In July 2017, she led the England Women’s team in winning the One-Day World Cup at Lord’s.
Knight joins fellow English woman Tammy Beaumont to join the Thunder in WBBL|06.
