Sydney Thunder is seeking to appoint a Head Coach for their women’s team for the upcoming Rebel Women’s Big Bash League season.
The first ever standalone WBBL tournament will begin with a televised blockbuster Sydney Smash under lights at North Sydney Oval on 18 October.

About The Role
Lead the team in a manner that represents our values of ‘We Do It The Right Way’, ‘We Are United As One’ and ‘We Stamp Our Mark’ as the club strives to be a loved club that unites and inspires the Thunder Nation.
Establish a culture and style of play which is supported by systems and processes that will contribute to consistent high performance and the development of the team.
Design and implement training programs to achieve on-field success that will include group and individual sessions covering technical, tactical, physical, mental and social elements.
-A successful coaching record with experience in coaching international athletes
-Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate, communicate and positively influence players and other stakeholders
-A willingness to engage with a broad stakeholder group including staff, CA, media and fans as appropriate.
-Experience in developing a high performing culture
-Level 3 or equivalent qualification
