WBBL tickets on sale for Blacktown and Bankstown games

Sydney Thunder’s Rachael Haynes took an early contender for catch of the season on Friday night as Australia beat New Zealand in the final game of their T20 series.

Thunder batter Haynes, who captained Australia when they retained the Ashes last summer will be in action when Sydney Thunder play Rebel Women’s Big Bash League fixtures against the Melbourne Stars on 5 and 6 January at Blacktown International SportsPark and Bankstown Memorial Oval.

Australia will now travel to the West Indies for next month’s World Twenty20 with a comprehensive whitewash over the Kiwis which included victories in all three fixtures in Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra.

Sydney Thunder Memberships are currently on sale with supporters being able to enjoy all five games at Spotless Stadium for $100 and enjoy more than $200 of additional benefits including access to Wet'n'Wild Sydney, the Sydney Royal Easter Show and $10 Movie Tickets.
