Tickets will also be on sale at Gate D and Gate A. The ticket booths will be open from 3:30pm.

Visit our Membership Tent outside Gate D to pick up your Junior Member cooler bag, purchase an exclusive Member hat or for any other enquiries or sales.

Thunder Members who have not received their membership cards yet can collect their tickets from the Membership Tent.

The Members Bar will be open from 3:55pm to 9:30pm, with a 10% discount available for all Members.

Please note our post-game Member function (formerly known as the ThunderDome) has moved to the Horden Room in the Suttor Stand.

Thunder Club House involves a Q+A session with selected players. There is no opportunity for selfies and signatures. Members who would like to meet players for selfies and signatures are advised to wait along the boundary.

Please be aware the Horden Room has a capacity of 200 and we are under strict instructions to shut the doors once that number has been reached.


Sydney Showground Stadium is easily accessible by car and public transport.

Parking is available at P1 for $5 per hour, up to a maximum fee of $25 per day.
Pre-booked parking is available through Ticketek and SOPA.

Please note Showground Road and Grand Parade will be closed.

Regular trains, busses and ferries operate to Olympic Park every day.

Trains between Olympic Park and Lidcombe will run every 10 minutes until midnight. No significant track work is currently scheduled for this date.

Route 525 buses operate between Parramatta and Burwood, via Olympic Park.

Route 526 runs from the Olympic Park Ferry Wharf to Olympic Park.

Please be aware there will be four other events happening in Olympic Park on Monday night. We suggest allowing plenty of time to get to Sydney Showground Stadium and pre-booking parking, if required.

There will be plenty of free giveaways including flags, Mazda thunder sticks, Homestar Finance capes, HomeWorld team posters, Ring 4/6 cards and KFC bucket hats, available as you enter the Gates.

Be sure to also check out the Fan Zone for face painting and inflatables.

Look out for volunteers selling HomeWorld 50-50 Charity Raffle tickets. Proceeds from the raffle will help provide meals to those in need across the Thunder Nation. For more information, please click here.


Thunder will honour Indigenous culture by wearing a unique playing shirt in this match against the Hurricanes.

Players from both teams as well as match officials and members of Thunder’s Indigenous teams will take part in a Barefoot Circle pre-game.

The Barefoot Circle is a sign of Australian Cricket’s commitment to reconciliation.

Get a signature and a selfie from your favourite players after the game. Head towards the dugout to catch them at the end of play!


There will be free refill water stations and sunscreen located at the Membership Tent, inside Gate D and at the Fan Zone.

First aid will be located near the big screen, with additional first aid officers roaming around the ground throughout the match.
