Membership FAQs

What will happen to my seat/s?

Your seat/s won’t be going anywhere. While you may not have access to your specific seat/s this season, they will still be attached to your Membership for BBL|11.

 

What are the Member benefits this season?

All Memberships will include a Membership pack, access to priority tickets (subject to public health advice and government protocols to protect the public, players and support staff) plus exclusive Member benefits and a new way to access to players.

 

Will my Membership automatically renew?

This season we are launching a new, customer-friendly Membership portal.

We are unable to transfer payment details from one system to the other so automatic renewals will not occur this season.

 

When do renewals begin?

Members of the Thunder Nation will be given exclusive access to renew their Membership from 10 September 2020.

Please keep an eye out for an email from us with more information about navigating our new Membership portal.

What packages are available this season?

The packages that are available this season are:

- Captains’ Club Exclusive (Limited Capacity)

- Thunder Nation Supporter Membership

- Sydney Thunder WBBL Membership

 

What will the cost of packages be this season?

This season Membership packages will range from $40 to $205.

Captains’ Club:

- Adult - $65

- Junior - $55

- Family 4 (2A + 2J) - $205

Thunder Nation Supporter Membership:

- Adult - $50

- Junior - $40

- Family 4 (2A + 2J) - $160

Sydney Thunder WBBL Membership:

- Adult - $50

- Junior - $40

- Family 4 (2A + 2J) - $160

 

We have more than two juniors in our family. How will our Family Membership look this season?

We can add on Junior Memberships to your Family Membership as required. E.g. A family of five would be a Family 4 (2A + 2J) + 1J.

 

Will we be able to attend games?

Tickets are not included in Memberships however Members will get priority access to purchase tickets, subject to public health advice and government protocols to protect the public, players and support staff.

 

Will I be able to keep my tenure going this season with the Membership packages on offer?

Yes. By renewing as a Member this season, you will keep your tenure going even though the Membership packages are different. If you do not renew your Membership this year you will lose your tenure.

 

My home address, contact number or other personal details have changed since I last purchased a Membership. How can I update these?

Please email sydtmembership@sydneythunder.com.au and we'll get them updated for you.

 

Who qualifies as a Junior and Concession?

Junior Memberships are for those aged between 4-16 years old. Concession Memberships are valid for anyone with a valid student or concession card.

 

When will I receive my Membership pack?

We will endeavour to get your Membership Pack to you as soon as possible however due to Covid-19 there may be some delays with postage. 

 

Can I pay via instalments?

There will be the ability to pay in instalments for some Membership packages this season. Please email sydtmembership@sydneythunder.com.au for more information.

What will Member events look like this season?

Due to public health advice and government protocols to protect the public, players and support staff, our Member Events will look a bit different this season however we are excited to roll out some new digital events this season which will give you more intimate access to players than ever before.
