Growing up in the South Eastern suburbs of Sydney, he was good enough as a kid to learn how to bat and bowl with both hands, as well as play junior rugby league. He is also a superb golfer and loves nothing more than spending time at the beach with his mates.

Loves nothing better than warming up to the Black Eyed Peas, and says that Jack Nicholson should play him in a movie!
