Set to play Chandigarh Warriors to represent India

Oceans 12 were winners of the Super Sikhs Indian round of the MoneyGram Thunder Nation Cup and will face Chandigarh Warriors with the winner representing India in the semi-finals of the competition.

The competition was part of the Super Sikhs Cup Sports Festival which saw more than 5,000 people attend the event which included nine sports at Valentine Park, Glenwood.

“The Super Sikhs Cup in it’s 5th year has evolved and gone strength to strength every year, with a huge focus in the last 12 months to work on increasing female participation numbers in sport,” said Dr Balraj Ougra.

“The Sports Festival provided a platform for athletes, officials and volunteers to showcase their talent to the wider community whilst enjoying a world class facility at Valentine Sports Park.”

Oceans 12 beat Malwa Cricket Club in the final with Sugi Jeevan being named the MVP of the competition.
