Sydney Thunder’s Mikyala Hinkley scored an unbeaten 80 for the Shooting Stars against Sri Lanka’s Emerging Cricketers at the Free Trade Zone Sports Complex, Katunayake.
The Shooting Stars continued their unbeaten run, after an eight-run victory against the home side, with Hinkley opening the batting, she hit six fours and three sixes.
The 18-year old played twice during Thunder’s WBBL02 campaign before a foot injury cut her season short.

Thunder’s Belinda Vakarewa and ACT & Regional Rookie Rachel Trenaman are also in Sri Lanka where they’ve played three ODI’s and have the final of three T20’s, getting underway later today.
